My Philips Avent sterilizer stopped working

The sterilizer must cool down for about 10 minutes after a sterilizing process before you can switch it on again. Wait en retry again.

Check to see if other electrical products will work on the power outlet. If so, connect the sterilizer to a working power outlet. Did this not solve the issue? Please contact us.
